Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to address talent shortages
- Represent Pinnacle Staffing at local job fairs and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly KPIs and placement goals
- Expert knowledge of Oklahoma City's talent market and key industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
