Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across multiple industries
- Conduct rapid-fire interviews and assessments to match talent with client needs
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-vetted professionals for immediate deployment
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and fill positions within tight deadlines
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and social recruiting tools for maximum efficiency
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation to ensure seamless placement
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and client solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of rapid placements
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview techniques
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar) and social recruiting platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Nashville's job market and key industries strongly preferred
