Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency recruitment/staffing
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's job market and key employers
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
