Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates across multiple industries using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and innovative sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand positions including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Nurture long-term candidate relationships and provide career guidance throughout the placement journey
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies to achieve placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with demonstrable success in high-volume placements
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and social media recruiting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment data and KPIsExceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment quotas in competitive markets
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition trends and emerging recruitment technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
