Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for urgent client needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process with 48-hour turnaround targets
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers in Tampa Bay
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for talent acquisition
- Track KPIs and optimize recruitment strategies weekly
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of filling urgent positions within 48 hours
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean search
- Strong Tampa Bay professional network a major plus
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
