Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Conduct client-facing consultations to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track KPIs and optimize conversion rates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates in competitive markets
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client expansion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of San Diego's job market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret hiring trends and market data
