Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit using industry-specific metrics
- Manage client relationships to understand evolving hiring needs and market trends
- Onboard candidates and ensure seamless placement transitions with comprehensive support
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms (Workday, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven recruitment decisions
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Professional recruitment certification (CPSR, CTS, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
