Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs including manufacturing, healthcare, and IT
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive recruitment strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage client relationships and provide weekly performance reports
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Coordinate onboarding processes for successful placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
