Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidate skills with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding and follow-up
- Utilize CRM systems and digital sourcing tools to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client needs
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes for higher placement rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of Memphis job market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
