Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for diverse client positions in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to match talent with company culture
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with ATS efficiency
- Develop client partnerships through proactive communication and market insights
- Drive business growth by meeting quarterly KPIs for placements and revenue
- Leverage social media and professional networks to expand talent pipelines
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and revenue targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- BA/BS degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
