Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Utilize ATS systems to track recruitment metrics

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding hiring targets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
