Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments for temporary-to-hire positions
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement fulfillment
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Track key metrics and optimize conversion rates throughout the hiring funnel
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in volume hiring
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
