Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to refine recruitment strategies
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in software engineering, data science, and product management
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in Silicon Valley or similar tech market
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced search techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong network of tech professionals in the San Jose area
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles with strict deadlines
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Staffing and Recruiting Certification (SRC) a plus
