Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier Philadelphia-area employers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job order to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct client consultations to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Track KPIs including placement ratios and client satisfaction metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly
- Expert knowledge of Philadelphia's job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
