Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions using innovative recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
