- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across Columbus metropolitan area
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for targeted talent acquisition
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and market trends
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, administrative, or industrial roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to prioritize multiple high-volume assignments simultaneously
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
