Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in urgent staffing assignments across New Orleans
- Build and maintain relationships with top employers in healthcare, logistics, hospitality, and tech
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements, interviews, and client satisfaction
- Leverage ATS tools and social platforms to identify passive candidates
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in Louisiana
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven placement record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of New Orleans' job market and key industries
- Ability to thrive in commission-based compensation structure
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for local client meetings
