Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for role fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate interview scheduling
- Close placements and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies weekly
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or sales experience (staffing agency background preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through multiple channels
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
