Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using advanced recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment across multiple industries
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Results-oriented mindset with measurable KPI achievement history
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- ATS certification (e.g., CTS) highly desirable
