Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to penetrate competitive talent markets
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence candidates and clients
- Strong understanding of Columbus's talent landscape and industry trends
- Ability to manage high-volume roles while maintaining candidate experience
- Metrics-driven mindset with demonstrated success in placement rates and retention
- Relevant certification (CPSM, CTS, or SHRM-SCP) a plus
