Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier corporate clients in Charlotte metro
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for proactive candidate sourcing
- Meet weekly KPIs: placements, submissions, and client satisfaction metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional negotiation and client communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid NC driver's license for local client meetings
