Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate staffing assignments across Baltimore
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks to ensure candidate-fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and documentation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows for efficiency
- Represent Premier Staffing Solutions at industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Workday
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
