Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to onboarding
- Develop and nurture client relationships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences and market insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with client/candidate focus
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
