Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and offer terms
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and ATS systems
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Ability to start within 72 hours of offer
