Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize our proprietary ATS and recruitment tools to maximize efficiency
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop recruitment strategies
- Track key metrics and continuously optimize recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing experience (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills encouraged)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
