Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse roles including healthcare, logistics, and IT
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client organizations
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with optimal positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Meet weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Knowledge of Memphis's local job market and industry sectors
