Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using advanced Boolean searches and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with ideal opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers across Detroit's top industries
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to track candidates and optimize recruitment metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to penetrate competitive talent markets
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new client opportunities and service expansion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and niche industry platforms
- Strong knowledge of Detroit's labor market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and CRM tools
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
