Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match talent with organizational needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent requirements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms for maximum visibility
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate HR setting
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to candidates
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
