Responsibilities
- Sourcel and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of Austin's job market and key industries
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification preferred
