- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Develop recruitment strategies to fill urgent client requests within 48-72 hours
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment/staffing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of filling positions within Albuquerque or NM market
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
