Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client positions using advanced recruiting techniques
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and digital outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations and market insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven situations with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
