Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and skill verification
- Collaborate with sales team to meet client KPIs and service level agreements
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 1-3 years recruitment or staffing agency experience preferred
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and interview techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
