Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Milwaukee
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Milwaukee's talent landscape preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
