Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Fresno County
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and job orders
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Meet weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years recruiting/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Fresno job market and local industries
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
