Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for high-demand positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Deep understanding of Denver's talent market and industry trends
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet/exceed placement goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
