Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across key industries
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record meeting placement quotas and KPIs
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
