Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier DC-area employers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience required

- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies
