Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 open positions simultaneously
- Conduct client-facing consultations to understand staffing needs
- Develop strategic sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in technical or healthcare recruitment preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage high-volume placements under tight deadlines
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client visits
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
