Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic networking, job boards, and social media recruitment
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and provide customized talent solutions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and client satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Experience working with diverse industries and talent pools preferred
