Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Generate weekly activity reports and pipeline analytics
- Collaborate with team to achieve quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of LA's job market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
