Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across key Las Vegas industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Knowledge of Las Vegas job market and key industries preferred
- Relevant HR/recruiting certification (SHRM, CTS) a plus
