Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruiting techniques
- Build and maintain robust client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and CRM tools for candidate tracking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits required)
