Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruiting tools and LinkedIn strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios including Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-fit alignment
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and onboard new hires within tight deadlines
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for emerging and hard-to-fill positions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or corporate recruitment experience
