Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in high-demand roles within 48-72 hours
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for Fortune 500 startups and established enterprises
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and expectations
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment cycles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Strong understanding of Portland's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing industries
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-driven culture
