Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in healthcare, IT, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates using ATS platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand evolving hiring requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with metrics-driven approach
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
