Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in immediate temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver customized solutions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards efficiently
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and placement conversion rates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume, deadline-driven settings
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
