Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding with ATS proficiency
- Negotiate compensation packages and ensure smooth candidate transitions
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill roles (technical, clinical, executive)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Ability to manage high-volume placements with tight deadlines
