Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across light industrial, administrative, and technical roles
- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job requisitions to offer negotiations
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and company cultures
- Utilize ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) for efficient candidate tracking
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close placements efficiently
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Kansas staffing license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
