Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with optimal roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using digital platforms and industry networks
- Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with agency or corporate background
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and client satisfaction targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
