Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions using ATS platforms and direct sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competence
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM system and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., CTS, CPC) preferred
- Results-oriented mindset with data-driven approach to recruitment metrics
